TRANS-IN-FORM is a spin off project after PIPE and Innovation Circle projects. The first project PIPE (2002-2004) was the very beginning of the Network we have today. It had involved 7 partners in total. Innovation Circle project (2005-2007) doubled the number of partners and also added one more new country – Russia. One of the most outstanding results of IC project was establishment of a formal INNOVATION CIRCLE NETWORK registered in Norway. The IC Network has international board with representatives of 7 countries. The number of member cities is getting close to 30. Now Innovation Circle Network is ready to start a new project. TRANS-IN-FORM is going to be the largest in its number of participants, period of time, budget and especially in expected results. This time project is going to consist of 4 work packages and include people from many very different sectors – government, business, society, schools, universities, NGO’s etc. However, something in Innovation Circle never changes - TRANS-IN-FORM will keep on working for the same purpose: making small places more attractive to live.
