IC Network and Extra-Curricular Education Center for Children and Youths in Siauliai started working together when they both became involved in an EEA project "Enhancement of Siauliai region employees' working skills in virtual and integral environment of fostering bilateral partnership" and is focusing on informal education, including non-formal education of children and youths as well.
